St. Maur Estate

St. Maur Estate (pronounced more) is located at the Exeter in the picturesque Southern Highlands district of New South Wales, 700 metres above sea level. Located on the site of an old dairy farm, the estate is perfectly positioned for the production of quality, cool climate wines.

All our wines are made exclusively from fruit grown in the Estate and handled with care through the production process. They are then aged in the finest French and American Oak to produce wines of distinctive character. We invite you to visit our cellar door and taste some of the finest wines in the Southern Highlands.
