Kangaroo Valley Olives
Beneath the breathtaking sandstone escarpments of Kangaroo Valley lay hidden groves of olives. Olive growing and production is fairly new to the Valley, however the rich volcanic soils and micro-climate are ideally suited to producing olive fruit.
It takes olive trees five years before they produce their first crop, and now they are available for the first time.
Kangaroo Valley Olives only uses olives grown in the Valley and processes them within hours of hand picking. Careful processing and strict protocol result in high quality table olives, and tapanades. With the unique climate producing a wonderful balance of tastes and flavours.
