The Blanch family, have been making fudge in Kangaroo Valley since 1986. Diane Blanch is a qualified Home Economist and Dougall has had extensive retail and marketing experience in the food industry.

We used only the finest ingredients such as Dutch cocoa, Belgium Chocolate, liqueurs and quality nuts, to produce our famous creamy smooth fudge and our mouth watering toffee range.
