Cuttaway Creek

Cuttaway Creek is a 30-acre property located on the Old Hume Hwy at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW.

The primary focus of the property is to produce premium grade fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and rhubarb for the restaurant market.

We also sell fresh fruit to the public via local retail outlets, farmers markets and at our farm gate.

The season currently extends from mid-late January to early-mid April.

In addition we also produce premium quality value-add products in the form of raspberry jam, blackberry jam, raspberry and blackberry jam, rhubarb and ginger jam, three fruits marmalade and cranberry sauce, raspberry wine vinegar, raspberry dessert sauce and blackberry dessert sauce. These are sold through various retail outlets, farmers market and directly from the farm gate.

We do not use any residential herbicides or pesticides. Nor do not use any artificial additives in our products. They contain: no preservatives, no flavouring, no colouring and our berry jams contain no additional pectin.
